Advantages for this use
The 11.8-by-11.8-inch base offers a specific footprint to test in a corner or next to existing furniture.
Drawers hide smaller items and separate them from the visible surface. The included anti-tip kit makes the installation requirement part of the buying decision.
Reasons to skip it
Overall dimensions do not establish usable drawer capacity. Large bottles may not fit the internal height or opening.
Drawers need forward clearance, and MDF needs the care specified by the manufacturer. A bathroom location does not establish waterproof construction.
A practical fit check
The base occupies approximately 0.97 square feet. In a 13-inch-wide gap, only 1.2 inches remain beyond the stated width. Check the drawer travel and the wall fixing point as well as the empty cabinet footprint.
