| Large shelf | 11.7 W × 7.7 D × 6.2 H in |
|---|---|
| Small shelf | 11.7 W × 7.3 D × 5.4 H in |
| Materials | Metal and engineered wood |
| Published static limit | 33 lb per shelf |
Advantages for this use
The two different shelf heights allow stacked or separate arrangements. This lets you divide existing space without adding another cabinet.
A small footprint makes each shelf worth considering for a single row of spices or mugs, rather than deep bulk storage.
Reasons to skip it
The shelf legs and top reduce the space available underneath. A jar that fits below your cabinet shelf may stop fitting once you add this riser.
A stacked arrangement is taller than either individual shelf. Check the completed arrangement before buying; do not treat the published static limit as a stability guarantee.
A practical fit check
Measure your tallest item and the clear cabinet height. In a cabinet with 12 inches of usable height, a 6.2-inch riser leaves at most 5.8 inches above its top. That arithmetic does not establish the usable opening below it: the panel and frame still count.
Compare the alternative
Choose these shelves when your storage problem is unused vertical space on an existing surface. Choose a rolling cart when you need an additional storage location and have a clear parking and extraction route.
Our decision
For a cabinet that has unused height above short jars or mugs. Buy only after the measurements and access checks work for your actual room. We do not score comfort, durability or assembly speed without hands-on evidence.
